LoveTwos Shipping Policy

At LoveTwos, we work with trusted international shipping partners and local delivery carriers to deliver your order directly to your door.

Payment is collected when your order is placed. All payments may be subject to verification and approval before fulfillment. Orders requiring additional payment or address verification may experience delays or, in some cases, cancellation.

Shipping Process

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before being handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing may take longer during major holidays, periods of high demand, or temporary stock shortages.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to make changes, including modifications to the shipping address or customization details. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Orders are processed on business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Tracking Your Order

All eligible orders are shipped with tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated after several business days, please contact LoveTwos customer support and we will help you look into the shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

These estimates do not include the 2–5 business day processing period.

LoveTwos will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur because of customs processing, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

LoveTwos does not control customs charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary by country, so customers may wish to contact their local customs authority for additional information.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide your order number, tracking information, photographs of damaged items or packaging, and any other information needed to investigate the issue.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we may also ask you to contact the shipping carrier while we assist with the investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

LoveTwos is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
